EmployAbility is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve full community participation and meaningful employment.
Our Workforce Development Programs include Supported Employment Services and Pre Employment Training Services for anyone 14 years and older, equipping participants with the soft skills, confidence, and real world experience needed to succeed in today’s workplace. Through individualized job training, career coaching, and long term workplace support, EmployAbility connects job seekers to growing industries while helping local businesses build inclusive, dependable workforces.
The Enrichment Center offers dynamic, person centered programming that promotes independence, life skills development, volunteerism, and meaningful community engagement. Participants build relationships, explore interests, and strengthen daily living skills in a supportive environment that fosters confidence and connection.
