The Bonaventure Ballroom offers 2,002 square feet of flexible event space and can be divided into two sections to better accommodate smaller groups. The room will be set according to your specifications, with black table linens and chair covers included in the rental.
Outside catering is permitted, providing you with added flexibility to customize your event.
We are pleased to offer a complimentary water station for your event. Coffee service is available at a per-gallon rate.
The property is fully equipped to provide all of the audiovisual requirements outlined above.
Audiovisual services can be arranged to meet the group’s specific needs. We offer a projector and screen package for $250, as well as a flipchart and easel package with markers for $100.
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to confirm and secure the event space. The remaining balance must be received no later than 14 business days prior to the scheduled event.
