About This Event
Empowering women and girls through practical, effective self‑defense training. Our Rape Aggressor Defense (RAD) Course provides awareness, prevention strategies, and hands‑on physical techniques designed to build confidence and personal safety skills.
This is a complete course with training consisting of six 2.5‑hour classes, held twice a week.
Class Dates:
June 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th, 22nd and 23rd
Time: 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Course Fee $25 total
Who Should Attend:
Women and girls ages 12 and up
Open to senior citizens
Mothers and daughters are encouraged to attend together
Please note: The course includes mature discussions related to sexual assault
A nationally recognized RAD curriculum
Safety concepts, risk reduction strategies, and situational awareness
Step‑by‑step physical defense techniques
A supportive, judgment‑free learning environment
A training guide is included with enrollment
Comfortable athletic clothing is recommended
Important:
The first 3 hours of training are required before participating in any physical techniques.

Review & Continuation of Basic Techniques
Day 5 – Monday, June 22th
Basic Techniques & Simulation Preparation
Day 6 – Tuesday, June 23rd
Final Day – Practical Simulation (Time TBD)
