• Half Day Rental - $325
o AM Rental 9a – 12p
o PM Rental 1p – 4p
▪ $150/hour for additional hours of event time (must be out by 11p)
o 30 minutes before for set-up, 30 minutes after for clean-up
• Full Day Rental - $550
o 10a – 4pm
o 60 minutes before for set-up, 60 minutes after for clean-up
o Must be out by 5p

Large Dividable Classroom

• Daytime Rental - $100/hour

Outdoor Wedding Packages
• Outdoor Ceremony Only (small “stage” by building) - $200
o 60 minutes anytime between 10a – 4p
o 60 minutes before for set-up, 60 minutes after for clean-up
o $50/hour for additional set-up or clean-up
• Outdoor Ceremony Only (specialty) - $300
o 60 minutes anytime between 10a – 4p
o 60 minutes before for set-up, 60 minutes after for clean-up
o $50/hour for additional set-up or clean-up
o Up to 25 chairs
o Cougar, before the marsh, Heritage, Wolf Cabin, Bison,etc
• Outdoor Wedding/Reception - $1200

o Includes outdoor ceremony (small stage)
